Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

If your unused anodes do not fit or are damaged, we are happy to assist you. Please fill out the form below and let us know the reason for the return or exchange.

If the issue is our fault or if the merchandise arrives damaged, we will provide you with a free return label so that you can return the merchandise at our expense. We will then immediately arrange for a replacement shipment.

If the return is due to your own fault, we ask that you return the merchandise to us at your own expense. However, we will do our best to assist you with any problems you may encounter.

Instructions

Step 1: Fill out the form below and provide all the required information.

Step 2: Depending on the situation, you will either receive a return label right away, or our customer service representatives will contact you to quickly resolve the issue.

Step 3: If we made a mistake, simply use the provided return label to easily send the anodes back to us. Upon receipt of your return, we will either credit the corresponding item amount to your order or issue a full refund. Please note that refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Step 4: If you’d like to exchange an anode, you can either place a new order or let us know which items you’d like to receive instead. We’ll be happy to process the order for you.

Please enter your 5-digit order number in the field below. You can find the order number in your automatic order confirmation, on your invoice, and in your customer account.
Please provide the email address listed on the order. If we need to clarify anything, we will contact you via that email address or send you a return authorization.
